የተመረጠበት ምክንያት (Reason for choice):
እስከ አሁን በመጣበት መንገድ እሸቱ መለሰ ለዘመናችን ትውልድ እጅግ በጣም ተወዳጅ፣ ስኬታማ፣ ዕንቁና መልካም ዓርአያ የሆነ ዜጋ ነው። እሸቱ ዛሬም ወጣቱ ትውልድ እንዴት በራስ ጥረትና ብልጠት ራሱን ከድህነትና ሥራ አጥነት አንስቶ ለከፍተኛ ስኬታማ ህይወት ማብቃት እንደሚቻል ያሳየ ዕንቁና መልካም ዓርአያ ዜጋ ነው። እሸቱ ዶንኪ ቲዩብ የተሰኘው የማህበራዊ ሚዲያ ባለቤት ሲሆን በቀልድ መድረክ ሥራዎቹና ሥጦታው አስፈላጊ አገራዊ አገልግሎቶችን በማበርከት ላይ ይገኛል። እሸቱ መልካም ግለሰባዊ ሥነባህርያትና ምርጥ ኢትዮጵያዊ ዕሴቶችን ራሱ ተላብሶ ሥራዎቹ ላይ በትኩረት ተመሳሳይ ዕሴቶችን በማህበረሰቡ ዘንድ በማጠናከርና በመንከባከብ ላይ ሲሰራ ይታያል። ሕዝብና ሃገርን ከልብ በቀናዊ መንፈስ ሲያገለግሉም ግላዊ ብልፅግናና ደስታ ማግኘት እንደሚቻል የወቅቱ ዓር አያችን አድርገን የመረጥነውን አቶ እሸቱ መለሰ ጥሩ ማሳያ ነው ብሎ ይህ መድረክ ያምናል።
